PayPal User Agreements
ROLE Art Director + Visual Designer | CLIENT PayPal | PROJECTS Responsive Website
Legal Agreements are typically content heavy, and visually unappealing. As Art Director and Visual Designer, I closely collaborated with the VP and Director of PayPal Legal, User Research, and a Design Technologist, to redesign the PayPal Legal Agreements. The vision for this project was to simplify its format with new color-coded headings so users could more intuitively find the information most relevant to their account when scrolling down the page. The challenge for this project was that the scope of work was monumental, the visibility was high, and the deadlines were tight. The designs were directly being reviewed and approved by the CEO and Executive Staff. The team and I worked ferociously on the new design for 4 months until we landed on a user centered design that functioned well from a usability, and brand experience. The current scope of work was to redesign the PayPal User Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, and E-Sign Consent. The redesign recently went live in October of 2016.

All PayPal Legal Agreements: Future Redesign
The current concept to the three Legal Agreements above will eventually be applied to all PayPal Legal Agreements. This design is my vision for the redesign which would include an Overview page housing all of the Legal Agreements.
