ROLE Art Director + Designer | CLIENT PayPal | PROJECT Elevator Wraps / Point of Sale collateral / Employee Give-aways
I worked on PayPal's first Point-of-Sale campaign with Home Depot. This was an exciting time for PayPal because customers could 'pay in store' at checkout for the first time in history. I was asked to help promote this new product feature with elevator wraps, posters, and employee give-aways. I wanted the lobbies of PayPal to feel like a brick and mortar atmosphere and make it feel like employees were walking into a retail store instead of an elevator.

PRINT CAMPAIGN
Poster designs that were part of the PayPal Point-of-Sale campaign. A phone number + pin, or a QR code was used at checkout.

EMPLOYEE GIVE-AWAYS
Employee give-aways were passed out as employee desk drops to promote the new Point of Sale launch.
PayPal Point of Sale
I created the concept of automatic sliding retail doors to open and close like elevator doors do. The challenge was to make each elevator look like a different store front. I took several different photos of different store fronts, and Photoshop'd various retail elements into the elevator wraps to make them appear as real as possible. It was a ton of work, but it was fun!
