PayPal Leaders Day is when all eBay and PayPal Directors and VPs come together for an immersive two day conference to build their vision for the company that year. The event theme was focused on making it simpler for customers to get the most of "what they want" from their money. Before and After signage was designed for an all-day, two-part PayPal Brand presentation. The first half of the presentation focused on the customer pain points, and the second half of the presentation focused on creating solutions for those customer pain points. "Be the Customer" was the take away at the end of the presentation.
"Before" the the leaders walked into the presentation, they were presented with twelve, 6 ft 'customer equation' die-cut signage lining the foyer. "After" the leaders walked out of the presentation, they were presented with the same customer signage but flipped. "Be the customer" and know their "wants" signage was then revealed.
Two large 12 ft x 75 ft walls emphasizing the "customers wants" were displayed at the entrance of the event to set the tone.
